Was the whole "delegated" plan a set-up to destroy the ones  running in the Republic party; the weed-outs the democratic party did want? It all feels and looks contrived.

It is hard to say this is an oversight. Cruz, he never tires of telling us, is a crack lawyer. The law is crystal-clear. Voters can surely draw the inference that he wanted to hide the loan. As the Times report noted, “Other campaigns have been investigated and fined for failing to make such disclosures, which are intended to inform voters and prevent candidates from receiving special treatment from lenders.” Saying this all got reported later when his seat was won is hardly an excuse. It’s evidence that Cruz was hiding the ball when it mattered to his election.
To me; the fact that he's using his power (republicans'- people's) system to stop Trump is deceptive, manipulation, and get-back attitude that's repulsive for a so called Christian. The other need the KKK money?

Ted Cruz framed as a Constitutionalist? Bull crap! The Founding Fathers put in the "natural-born citizen" provision to prevent dual citizens to getting into the Chie Executive's Office. They said it in writing.
Ted Cruz was born with three separate citizenships: Canadian, American and Cuban. Cruz advocates always lay emphasis on one of his three citizenships [his American] and play down the fact that he was born with two others. His American citizenship doesn't disqualify him; his Canadian and Cuban citizenships do. Dual citizens don't get to be President. Period. End of story.


This has always been understood. 240 years of US precedent. No previous Canadian-born Presidents. Cruz is like, "yes, but . . . but . . . John McCain was born in Panama." Yes, on a US military base [which is federal territory], and to two American parents. Which means that John McCain never held any other citizenship than American.
Ted, it's not just that you were born in Canada; it's that you were born a CANADIAN citizen. You are NOT a natural-born citizen.
This term comes from the "Laws of Nations" by Emmerich de Vattel. The Founding Fathers read it at the Constitutional Convention. In it we find, "Natural-born citizens are those born on the soil, to parents who are citizens." Ted wasn't born on US soil.
But let's examine the second part of the definition: "whose parents are citizens". Parents? Why not "parent," singular? Why PARENTS, plural? Because if you have a non-citizen parent you are eligible for dual citizenship.
And let's repeat this: The Founding Fathers did not want dual citizens in the White House. They hated dual citizenship so much they outlawed it. (It wasn't made legal in the US till 1967.) So when Cruz advocates are like, "Ted can be President," my response is: "If the Founding Fathers loved dual citizenship so much, why did they ban it?"
