Seeds -
Protein muffin
3 tablespoons Chia seeds
one Tbs. quinoa seeds
Handful raisins (Chopped almonds, walnuts etc.)
Teaspoon allspice
4 tablespoon sunflower seeds protein powder
1 tablespoon flaxseed
Mix liquid ingredients Into the dry dry
bake at 3:50 for 20 minutes (or, in till nife come clean)
Optional: there are many other seeds such as sesame seeds, etc
