Who is the government who owns the these state/government lands (We the people do) The government uses our lands to make money off our minerals/gold i.e., water rights, utilities/gas-oil (fracking?) rents to grazing of these lands all tax-free.  Depending on where the lands are located, much more is compensated for their rights of use.
Private or stock holders are storing/funneling profits into huge corporations at  large profits on Wall Street and sent over-seas?
